How does fungal nail treatment work??

Light from laser is absorbed by the water in the skin underneath and around the nail.  This creates heat which destroys the fungus (dermatophytes).

The entire nail bed and nail matrix is treated with short pulse of light released by the laser applicator which is placed on the nail.

4 to 6 treatments are needed for optimal results depending on the area treated.
